An Investment holding firm that has invested in tech startups, notably e-commerce website Bukalapak.com. Seizing more than 104.9 million active users at hand, Bukalapak.com is one of the top e-commerce sites in Indonesia. It has reputable backers such as Microsoft, Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC, Alibaba’s Ant Financial, South Korean web portal Naver Corp., UBS Group AG, among others. The startup was founded in 2010 and was subsequently invested by Batavia Incubator as its angel investor in 2011.

As per August 6, 2021, the startup is listed as the first e-commerce company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Bukalapak’s IPO was the largest in the country which raised around USD 1.5 billion, beating the previous record held by PT Adaro Energy in 2008 with USD 1.3 biliion. The market capitalization as the first day listing was around USD 7.6 billion.
